In this activity, participants will determine the path for an instrument to travel on a journey to integration into the IMAP spacecraft. Participants draw task cards that determine where they start and end their journey and the number of miles to travel. Using a ruler, participants will measure out their miles using a scaled distance. Alternative routes may need to be used to avoid obstacles that cause some roads to be closed.
