MicroChannel Plates detector for the IMAP-Hi instrument mounted on their 'burn-in' fixture. Burn-in consists of exposing the plates to an intense beam of electrons in order to prepare them for flight. The picture was taken by Ben Rodriguez as he installed the Plates into SwRi's H30 electron chamber where they will be burned in.
