In this activity, groups of 2-3 participants will create a map of the linear directionality of the magnetic field lines around a magnet. Participants will be able to observe the change in magnetic effects as a magnetic tool is moved closer and further from the magnet. Artistic interpretation of the magnetic lines culminates the activity, allowing participants to creatively communicate the changes in magnetic influence closer to and further from the magnet.
